1. Scope of Application
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed through my online shop. My online shop is intended exclusively for consumers. A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or profession. An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a legal partnership who, when concluding a legal transaction, acts in the exercise of their commercial or independent professional activity.
2. Contracting Party, Conclusion of Contract, Correction Options
The purchase contract is concluded with Monika Bargieł.
By placing products in my online shop, I submit a binding offer to conclude a contract for these products. You can place my products into the shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order using the correction tools provided and explained in the ordering process. The contract is concluded when you accept the offer for the products in the shopping cart by clicking the order button. Immediately after placing your order, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail.
3. Contract Language, Storage of Contract Text
The language(s) available for concluding the contract: German, Polish, English.
The contract text is not stored by me.
4. Delivery Conditions
4.1 Shipping Costs
In addition to the stated product prices, shipping costs of €10.49 are incurred for standard shipping.
4.2 Delivery Options
I ship the products to the delivery address specified during the ordering process. Estimated delivery times: 3-5 working days.
You also have the option of picking up your order in person at Monika Bargieł, Leharstraße 10, 74747 Ravenstein, Germany, during the following business hours: 9 a.m. – 12 p.m.
5. Payment
5.1 Prices
The prices stated at the time of the order apply. These are total prices. I do not charge VAT.
5.2 Payment Methods
In my shop, you generally have the following payment methods available:
Bank Transfer (Prepayment) – If you select bank transfer, I will send you my bank details in a separate e-mail and ship the goods after receiving payment.
Credit Card – During the ordering process, you enter your credit card details. Your card will be charged immediately after placing the order.

6.2 Guarantees and Customer Service
Information on any applicable additional guarantees and their exact conditions can be found with the respective product and on special information pages in the online shop.
7. Dispute Resolution
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR), which you can find here. Important Note: The ODR platform will be permanently shut down on 20 July 2025. Submitting complaints via the ODR platform will therefore no longer be possible from 20 March 2025. I am willing to participate in an out-of-court dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.
